Using YourMascot

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your account secure, and be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content and generated output

You keep your rights in prompts, reference materials, and other content you submit. You give YourMascot permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

AI-generated results can be similar to results created for others and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming that your intended use does not infringe another party’s rights or violate applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, probe other accounts, overload the service, or reverse engineer restricted systems.
• Do not submit content you are not authorized to use or use generated assets to impersonate people deceptively.

Credits, plans, and payments

Generation actions consume the number of credits shown in the product. Prices, included credits, renewal terms, and taxes are presented before checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancellation applies to future renewal periods. Purchases are also subject to the Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or product quality. We aim to preserve stored work, but you should download important outputs. Beta features may change and may not always be available.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. YourMascot is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use and updates

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for material violations, security risk, fraud, or legal requirements. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel.
