Service providers
We use specialist providers to operate the service, including authentication and database hosting, application hosting and analytics, AI generation, website-content retrieval, storage, and payment processing. They receive only the information needed to perform their role and process it under their own terms and safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain account and project information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Submit the request while signed in so we can verify that it belongs to your account. You can also revoke third-party sign-in access through the relevant provider.

YourMascot is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change; the effective date above will identify the current version.
